Draping Workshop Payment Options
- We have been booking spots for the upcoming April workshop and are currently about half full. Some of you have texted me or emailed me about doing a payment option.
- Is separating the full amount into payments available?
- What are the payment options?
- How do we make payments on the workshop balance?
- What is the minimum payment?
- When is the full balance due?
So here is the answer to all those questions!
YES you can do payments on the workshop! The biggest things we are concerned with is reserving your spot because we only have limited amount of people that can come. As long as your total balance is paid prior to 1 week before the workshop, we don’t mind you splitting up the payments.
You can do any amount of combination of workshop days and/or book, we just had a student book that wanted the 2 days of draping workshop, the sales day training plus the sales art book and wanted to do a payment schedule of $333 for January, and February and $334 for March. She emailed us first for the request and payment schedule was approved. Student booked! Very easy!
The options for payments: Minimum to hold your spot is $200, then you can split up the remaining balance however fits your needs as long as no later than 1 week before the workshop the balance is paid in full.
How you do the payment: We prefer paypal, I think it is the easiest way. You dont have to give your cc to anyone, its very easy for you to keep track of what you have paid.
The paypal email address you would send the payment to is firstname.lastname@example.org and that is all the info you need to do the paypal option. I recommend also sending a text to 615-967-1793 or email WendyB@eventprotraining.com just sending and receiving a confirmation of payment received.
You can also call over the phone with a credit card that we can keep on your file and when you are ready for the next payment you can simply send an email that says to charge your card so much dollar amount.
All students will have a file with all payment history, so anytime you have questions on what you owe, we can look it up and let you know.
We are so excited about this workshop, I love the structure elements of the venue the workshop will be located at, it will be a great teaching canvas for us to work on!
One of the other things I love about workshops is meeting wedding designers from all over the world that is just as passionate as I am about decorating events.. The creative genius in the room is LARGE and the energy is electric! To be around others with similar desires and passions, to make friends and learn about other tips and tricks that they may have to offer also.. Its such a great opportunity, that is unlike any other draping class in the entire United States! You form this small tribe of designers that you will be friends with for life! Most groups form a facebook group that they can keep in touch with each other after the workshop is over. We share events, struggles and success! You have a personal and fabulous support group for life! Its an amazing experience. Every workshop is totally different and I can’t hardly wait to meet you all!!!!
