Bouquets – Spring and Summer Colors

So even though we do the full draping and decor.. we also did all our own original bouquets.  I will be doing a series of posts about bouquets..

These are my favorite Spring Bouquets

Something that we actually do a lot is do fresh for the bridal. This bouquet is around a $500 bouquet with hydrangeas, stephanotis with the diamond centers and mini callas all fresh. Then we would do a $20 bouquet for each of the bridesmands. Here we used a dozen latex white callas.. Great way to get the same look for less!

This is all white bouquet of Eskimo Roses and White Stephanotis with diamond centers.. the white roses rarely are pure white.. so I would use the whitest one and then add a flower I knew was super white .. stephanotis was a great option for that.

This was a bouquet with pink daisies, sweet pea, and freesia mixture of pinks and purples — great spring colors..

I would always and still to this day get requests for baby blue flowers.. there is no fresh grown blue roses.. and actually the lilac roses are called blue bird roses.. but as you can see not blue.. so my solution was to use fresh flower paint.. and paint the white roses light blue.. somehow the combination with the yellow callas worked perfectly. also be aware that roses open at different rates.. the blue birds can fully open within 8 hours.. other roses I would get 2 days before I used them.
