Tiffany Blue and Chocolate Wedding
Local Church / Cannery Ballroom – Nashville TN
With this ceremony we simply just added a gobo light to shine down the aisle runner
The brides bouquet was hydrangeas, ranaculas, mini callas and stephanotis with diamond jewel centers
One of my favorite grooms boutonnière – fancy it up without it being to time consuming. use these metal bout magnetic holders
This is a place in Nashville that is very popular to rent.. We had a few things we wanted to glamify. One of them being this hallway / room you see right when you enter. We wanted to cover it up. so we created a tunnel (How to create a tunnel training video here)
This created a dramatic experience as the guests walked through the tunnel to the reception room. we normally try to put a curve in it so people cant just see straight down the tunnel
From inside the ballroom we put uplighting on both sides of the entry
This was a before picture
This was after the “Wendy Binns Effect” I think if I could I would drape every single wedding I ever designed. It just changes the look of the room so much
The Reception was chocolate and tiffany blue. Adding chocolate linens becomes really dark, really fast if you dont have white or accent colors to balance it out
The centerpieces were these wrought iron metal trees with hanging candles.. even though they are about 4 foot tall they dont look as quite as dramatic as you would think without some additional flowers.. For this one we sewed a ton of strands of latex orchids that look just like the real thing but we could do plenty ahead of time added in some strands of bling.. then at the base was a fresh flower arrangement with alstromeria, orchids and roses
After the candles was lit it was very romantic and was exactly the look I wanted — tall, romantic, and dramatic..but still very delicate.
We had the tall cocktail tables by the bar area
The cake chuppah was another dramatic focal point that added some more light colors.
I loved the tiffany box cake we designed with cake artist French Confections in Nashville TN — the chocolate iridescent puffy barrel custom linen was perfect!
This was one of my favorite candy bar setups. We were just the decorators not the wedding coordinator. The wedding coordinator did a great job on the setup of this candy bar setup. Loved the giant vase full of candy.. I think think they said they purchased 300 pounds of candy for around 200 guests for this setup
And finally the dance floor area.. we had our benches with the matching colors and the gobo had their initial in white and an aqua swirl pattern underneath
It was a great setup in using aqua and chocolate together!
